Cliff House by Modscape

Australian architect firm Modscape was asked to provide conceptual plans to build a house on a cliff in Victoria. A five-story “Cliff House” inspired by the shape of barnades clinging to a ship. Designed to have an extreme view of the ocean, including three bedrooms, a carport on the top floor and a bathroom, open- air spa and barbecue area on the bottom floor. Each level would be smaller than the one above it and an elevator would connect each floor. A thrilling conceptual design as a natural extension of the landscape.

Infinite Bridge by Gjøde & Povlsgaard Arkitekter

You’ll never walk alone when it’s up to the Danish architecture studio Gjøde & Povlsgaard Arkitekter. Past June they’ve set up the Inifinite Bridge in Aarhus, along the east coast of Denmark. The never-ending promenade was set up through a structure of identical wooden parts, half at sea and half on land.  A beautiful outdoor sculpture for Denmark’s “Sculpture by the Sea” biennial.
